I've had varying degrees of success with the diet. I've more or less kept off milk, eggs and (curses) chocolate. As a result I haven't been nearly as bloated and I'm losing a bit of weight (not a bad thing).
Wheat is difficult to avoid and I'm not really making a good job of that. There are alternatives but most non-wheat breads are so stodgy and dry. Food retailers seem to put wheat in everything.
